Brief Bio
Dr. Ali Alghamdi received his dual B.S. degree (with high honor) in computer and electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan, USA, in 2010 and 2012 respectively, and MSc in Electrical and Computer engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan, USA, in 2012. Also, he received his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, USA, in 2017. He is currently assistant professor and acting chair of the department of electrical engineering at the college of engineering in Majmaah University, Saudi Arabia. His current research interests include statistical digital signal processing, communication systems, adaptive filter, modern control in power system, optoelectronics Nano-materials in renewable energy, and wireless sensor network innovation.

Dr.Saleh Binobaid is a research assistant in research and studies development at National Centre for Assessment. He received his PhD in Health information technology from Cranfield University. His current research interests include healthcare system adoption, communication and Barriers. He published and contributed in several scientific journals and international conferences.

Brief Bio
Omar Hammami is Professor at ENSTA PARIS, Institut Polytechnique de Paris since 2000. Prior to that he was Associate Professor and head of the Performance Evaluation Laboratory of the University of Aizu, Japan from 1993 to 2000. He was Assistant Professor at ENSHEEIT form 1991 to 1993. Omar Hammami received a PhD in computer science from University of Toulouse (France) and an HDR in Physics from Université Paris-Sud Orsay (France). His research interests are in System Engineering, System of Systems, Human Systems Integration with Cognitive and HCI emphasis, Applied mathematics/optimization for complex systems, and Embedded systems with microelectronics (System on Chip, IoT). His application domains are defense, energy and transportation. He has more than 20 years of experience in collaborative R&D projects with industry worldwide with emphasis on Japan and France. He has been involved in numerous research and industrial large scale projects involving private and public funding and managed several R&D laboratories and research teams. Omar Hammami is regularly involved in the organization of several international conferences in system engineering such as CSD&M 2019 (Complex System Design and Management 2019, Paris) and IEEE Conferences. He is a member of several scientific organizations worldwide.
Saad Aldoihi

Brief Bio
Saad Aldoihi received his Ph.D. from The Institut Polytechnique de Paris where he specialized in system engineering. Aldoihi primary focus is system engineering in a healthcare and interest topics include complex system, system modeling, Usability, user experience, and human-machine interaction. Aldoihi at the moment works at KACST, Saudi Arabia as a researcher where he oversees many researching and un-researching projects.

SCOPE

System engineering is immensely influencing every aspect of everyday’s life. A minimum requirement for healthcare equipment is the high capability in term of functionality and compatibility and low-cost affordability. Therefore, healthcare systems are under extreme pressures to meet requirement deemed from various sources. Many healthcare challenges have been solved by system engineering approach.
