SCOPE
The session will focus on non invasive diagnostic systems for point of care testing. Various kinds of non invasive diagnostic systems using Near Infrared spectroscopy, Ultrasound, Acoustics, Electric field and other modalities will be discussed in this session. The focus of discussion will be on small hand held systems that can, to a large extent replace the costly devices available at pathological centers. This can make the next generation medicine considerably cheap and affordable.
Topics: Non invasive diagnosis; Low cost non invasive medical devices; Point of care testing; Home monitoring through small gadgets; Sensors for point of care testing;
