CHAIR
SCOPE
Compressive sensing is a fairly recent mathematical tool that allow for the simultaneous acquisition and compression of biomedical signals. This methodology is the basis of an imaging technique called single pixel imaging that can be used in biomedical applications for hyper-spectral imaging, imaging through scattering media, fluorescence microscopy, physical encryption and others. This special session promotes the latest developments in compressive sensing and its biomedical applications including algorithm development, simulation, implementation, experimental application and clinical application.
Topics of Interest
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Compressive Sensing
- Optimization Algorithms
- Single Pixel Imaging
